Quantico Cap Cancellation and Refund Policy:
 
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription to our online software. Below outlines our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our users:
Renewal Reminder: Please note that if you do not wish to be recharged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
 
Subscription Details: Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time after the first payment, either immediately or by scheduling the cancellation for a future date. For scheduled cancellations, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
 
Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please find "Account" in your Quantico Cap Dashboard Quick Access. Select "Manage Subscription," and you'll be redirected to Stripe, our trusted payment processor. Follow the cancellation steps provided by Stripe until you reach the confirmation page. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe verifying the cancellation of your subscription.
 
Confirmation of Cancellation: It is important that you receive the confirmation email from Stripe after canceling your subscription. This email serves as confirmation of your cancellation request. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable timeframe, your subscription may not be cancelled and you may be charged on the next billing date. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. In case you encounter any problems with your payment or have inquiries regarding billing, please reach out to our support team at contact@quanticocap.com for prompt assistance.
 
Reactivation: Should you decide to reactivate your subscription in the future, simply log in to your account and follow the prompts to resubscribe. Your account will be reinstated, and your new billing cycle will begin on the day you reactivate.
 
Managing Your Subscription: Only the user can change their subscription plan. To do this, find "Account" at Quantico Cap Dashboard home page and select "Manage Subscription." You’ll be redirected to your Stripe account. Once there, you’ll have the option to change your plan, upgrading or downgrading it as needed.
